Telehealth/Telemedicine Services

Manchester Urology Associates Is Now Offering Telemedicine/Telehealth Services In All Locations

Dear Patient,

In order to ease your concerns of COVID-19, we are now offering telemedicine/telehealth services to our patients. This pandemic has caused significant changes to healthcare services, including office visit and procedures. Our goal is to continue to provide excellent urology care, while protecting our patients, healthcare providers and staff.

Telemedicine/telehealth services will allow you to keep, and or arrange, a visit from your urology provider while keeping you at home and safe. These services can be conducted using both an audio and visual platform. Telehealth services have been accepted and approved by all insurance carriers.

We are still seeing patients in office. These visits include obstructing kidney stone; inability to urinate; Lupron injection; visible blood in the urine; catheter change; stent removal; urinary tract infection; testicular/scrotal pain; and cancer treatment.

If you consent to a telemedicine/telehealth visit, our staff will provide you with the necessary information on how to connect to the telemedicine/telehealth service, which is usually done by a telephone call.

You may request a telemedicine/telehealth appointment on our secure on-line site by clicking the box to the left Request An Appointment. If you are a NEW PATIENT to Manchester Urology, please request appointment on our secure on-line by clicking the box on the left to Request An Appointment and after please complete your New Patient History and Physical Form on our secure on-line site so that we may create your chart prior to your Telemedicine/Telehealth appointment.
