Urinary Tract Infections (UTI)

A Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) is often include painful urination, frequent trips to the bathroom, and a feeling of urgency to urinate.  Other UTI symptoms may include lower abdominal or pelvic pain and pressure, blood in the urine, milky, cloudy, or pink/red urine, fever, and strong-smelling urine.  While most urinary tract infections affect women (50%), about 12% of men will also have a UTI during their lifetime.  If you experience two or more UTIs within a year, you should address these symptoms with one of our Physicians at Manchester Urology who know the latest treatment for UTIs.
